All sales are final. Diaspora does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

When contacting us, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.

Please note that issues resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, washing, handling, or care of the product are not considered defects.
